Since the price was so low, I was concerned that this light fixture might look a little tacky in my new log home, but in fact it is beautiful and adds a lot of character to my two guest bedrooms. The semi-flush feature was also ideal since we have ceiling beams so it needed to hang down a little from the ceiling, but the height of these two rooms was no higher than 7 feet so we needed something that didn't hang down too far. So these fixtures were perfect for that purpose.

Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
