I will return this light as it will not give the amount of light I was hoping for as it uses a candle light bulb. I was planning on using two of these over a bathroom vanity.

However, the style is very nice. the quality is great -- it's just the lack of the amount of light I was looking for.
Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is a very attractive piece. It is a simple design, but still has style - it's just what I wanted for the Early American decor I selected for the bedrooms.
